Aninxa.com provides fast and secure deliveries to everywhere around the world. The various Fedex shipping methods allow our customers to choose the shipping method that will accommodate for their needs.
Aninxa.com does not hold responsibility for lost items during the delivery process. If items are lost during the delivery process, all complaints and inquiries should be handled and cleared directly with the postal service personal. Once the items are shipped and tracking number is given, all responsibility is held by the postal service.
Items that are sent internationally may take longer than regular shipments because the items must go through the foreign customs. Depending on the country, the items may be held at customs longer than usual, so please give it some time to get to you. Currently, Canada, Australia and Italy have the strictest customs compared to that of other countries and it may take up to 2 months if items are shipped to one of these countries.
We also combine multiple orders with no additional shipping costs.

We try our best to provide our customers with pleasant customer service, high quality jewelry, and quick and efficient delivery services. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed for all of Aninxa's services and merchandise.
We will answer any questions or concerns you may have related to any of our items. This is highly encouraged since ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Follow these steps for a successful return process:
1. Email our customer service department and our customer service agents will determine whether it is a returnable item or not.
2. When ready to ship the item, put an attention to the "Return Department".
3. Ship the item via USPS certified mail. Depending on your location, this can range between $1.00 - $3.00. If requested, we will credit the shipping fee ONLY upon the receipt of the returned item.
4. Once we have the returned item in our possession, we will refund the customer the amount he or she spent on the returned item.
RETURN PAYMENT OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM TO ANINXA.COM.
Note: For a quick and successful return process, please remember to follow these requirements. Following these steps will prevent any mistakes from happening during the return process.
Non-personalized items include: chains and any jewelry that do not contain letters and that have not been altered nor worn in any way.
All personalized name jewelry including: Name Necklaces, Name Rings, Name Earrings, Name Bracelets, Name Anklets, and all customized, specially ordered, worn, sized jewelry are NOT REFUNDABLE. Issues regarding the design or font style of the name jewelry do not qualify for a refund or credit as well. Since the products are personalized, they cannot be restocked, even if they are in perfect condition. Therefore, these personalized items cannot be returned for refunds or credits. If personalized items are returned to us without any notification through the phone or e-mail, we hold no obligation to keep the merchandise. In cases like this, no credit or refund will be given, and if the customer wishes to receive the returned item, all shipping and handling charges must be covered on the customer's behalf. Only upon mutual agreement will refunds and credits be given. If the product is free of defects on the manufacturer's part, we will neither accept the return, nor re-credit the customer.
Customers may only cancel merchandise within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Since we produce personalized items, it may be too late to cancel once the production takes place. Be sure to cancel within 24 hours of the placement to successfully cancel your order.
